With a repute of serving one of the biggest refineries in the world i.e. IPCL, Gujarat, for 30 years, Vinubhai has a pleasant experience of managing the central controlling unit. After which, Vinubhai initiated a partnership venture with the brand 'Bharti Consulting Services'. Vinubhai now looks after the strategic development of the company along with managing the Finance needs and taking care of the Accounts of BCS. While having a strong vision for BCS, Vinubhai takes care of maintaining energy in the team and creating a balance between pressure and pleasure in work. Vinubhai holds a degree in chemical engineering. Vinubhai enjoys playing and watching Cricket, Surfing Internet, meeting different cultured people. Vinubhai also enjoys having traditional homemade Gujarati food.
CEO & Co-founder
After 12+ years of experience in development of IT enabled projects, Mrugesh has fully enhanced his skills to deliver superior quality products while adapting best in the world class technology. Mrugesh started his career in HR Mantra , Mumbai as a Junior software developer and then after went to Paris, France, where he got an opportunity to serve many international organization. After around 8 years of total job experience, Mrugesh co-founded Bharti consulting. He along with his squad is always equipped with updated technology. He has always found comfort in getting involved or rather leading the way in making complex technical development strategies and implementing it as a team effort. Mrugesh holds a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from I.S.E.P, Paris and he is fluent in English, French, Hindi & Gujarati.

After 10+ years of experience in development of IT enabled projects, Akshesh has fully enhanced his skills to deliver superior quality products while adapting best in the world class technology. Akshesh started his career in Orange Business Services, France as a software developer. Currently he is taking care of overall BCS operation. Akshesh holds a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from I.S.E.P, Paris and he is fluent in English, French, Hindi & Gujarati.
Product Analyst & Co-founder
Sonali is a Product Analyst at Bharti and ambitious about developing high quality products to serve thousands of customers worldwide. After finishing her Bachelor of engineering in India (BAC + 4), she decided to study in France to have international experience. Sonali has around 8 years of experience in IT and willingness to learn new things and ambition to gain expertise, motivates her to achieve perfection and work extra hard. She also plays a vital role in technical development strategy and operations. Her hobbies are to play golf, tennis, travelling, and reading.
International Marketing & Co-founder
Chaitali works as an International Marketing expert in Bharti consulting services, France. She has done her Bachelor of Science (BAC + 4) in India and MBA from I.P.A.G college in France. She plays a vital role in Marketing strategy, Customer relationship management, Corporate governance, Risk management. Chaitali mainly focuses on expanding BCS's customer relationships as well as improving customer satisfaction scores. She likes to travel in different countries and learn their culture. Chaitali is the backbone of BCS internationally development strategy.
